A Veteran’s Day Message from our CEO Whenever I walk the halls at one of our bases and pass the veterans honor roll poster, I am filled with a sense of pride. I’m proud that these team members who have so bravely served our country have chosen SeniorCare EMS as their home. This year our honor roll contains the names of 40 team members spread across each of the services.... In the words of President Dwight D. Eisenhower let us solemnly remember the sacrifices of all those who fought so valiantly, on the seas, in the air, and on foreign shores, to preserve our heritage of freedom. Azaria Valentin joined SeniorCare as an EMT in June of 2019. Working Core operations, Ms. Azaria volunteered for deployment with the SeniorCare 2020 COVID-19 NY 55 Network 3b team. Over the extended deployment, as a peer leader, Azaria was the on-scene company liaison and coordinated all aspects of our resource deployment, including personnel tracking and exchange, and daily briefings on roles and responsibilities of assets on-deployment. In addition to working closely wit...h SeniorCare leadership, Ms. Valentin forged a relationship with both City and Federal representatives on-site, representing SeniorCare with the highest levels of professionalism and dignity. Many complements from her peer set, as well as City representatives involved in the deployment, were received praising Azaria for a job well-done. Just prior to her deployment, Azaria completed SeniorCare’s 911 Bridge program, and has since transitioned to 911 Operations, working out of St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx. The SeniorCare leadership team takes great pride in acknowledging Ms. Valentin’s hard work and efforts.
