Due to Governor Cuomo's recent mandate closing all non-essential businesses and to keep everyone safe our showroom will be closed. We will be answering the phones and our service techs will be doing emergency service until further notice. To ensure our techs' safety and the safety of our customers we are requiring homeowners to remain in their home while our service tech is working in the garage. We are unable to enter homes for estimates or to gain access to the garage. Failure to follow these guidelines will cause our service tech to be unable to complete the job until the mandates are lifted and it is safe to do so. With rising concerns about the novel Coronavirus - COVID-19 - we will continue servicing our customers, but we are taking extra precautions. We are cleaning and sanitizing our showroom on a daily basis as well as after each visit. Our service technicians are using hand sanitizer and stopping to wash their hands as often as possible. If you have been traveling or if you are not feeling well please do not visit our showroom, instead we can drop off samples or mail you informati...on. If you have service scheduled with us and have been traveling, are not feeling well, or think you may have been exposed please be respectful and stay in your homes when we arrive. Our service technicians only need you to allow them access to your garage and will then make repairs to your garage door. They will leave your invoice in the garage and you can make payment online or over the phone. Keeping distance will keep our technicians safe to keep servicing those in need.
