Service Pharmacy

In an effort to encourage social distancing and help stop the spread of Coronavirus, Service Pharmacy will be limiting access to our stores. Customers will be able to enter the store to pick up their prescriptions, but will be asked to enter one at a time and will be restricted to the area near the check out. You will still be able to purchase over the counter medications, groceries, and everything else that Service Pharmacy offers. Our staff will pull your items from the she...lves for you. We also offer free delivery Monday through Friday within the village limits of Sherburne and New Berlin, and the city limit of Norwich. Many of our customers have underlying medical conditions which make them more susceptible to the virus, and it is imperative that we do everything we can to protect our customers and pharmacy staff from contracting COVID-19. At Service Pharmacy in Norwich, we encourage the use of our drive-up window. At all of our locations, we will be offering delivery to you curbside. We understand that this will not be as convenient as the way we normally do business, and we will do everything that we can to make this temporary change as easy on our customers as possible. Please consider calling your prescription refill requests the day before you plan to pick them up. We are experiencing an increase in prescription volume, and this will ensure that your prescripti...on is ready when you get here and will minimize the amount of time you need to spend in the store. We have a large selection of staple grocery items available, and they are being restocked on a regular basis. As a reminder, Service Pharmacy offers free home delivery of prescriptions, groceries, and over the counter items within the village limits of Sherburne and New Berlin, and the city limit of Norwich Monday through Friday.
