MERRY CHRISTMAS, EVERYONE!

Well things have been rather peachy of late! Yesterday I graduated level 3 Clinical Somatics training & my very cool somatics table arrived! And today I received a phone call from Vistaprint that my large, pricey order of promotional postcards to be printed & mailed out by them had a glitch. They corrected my order and, as an apology for the inconvenience, gave me the entire order & mailings for free! ...Which paid for my table! I do love Vistaprint! A very good couple days!

NO, NO, NO!! I saw this post on Instagram, and it made me cringe. No asana (posture) is better or worse than another. And asana is only one of the eight limbs of yoga. Yoga is NOT about looking like an Instagram yogi. It is about getting to know & accept yourself in order to cultivate inner peace & calm, better health & happiness, and more peaceful interactions with the world & people around you.

I would just like to take a moment to say a heartfelt Thank You! to my class participants & private clients for their continued support & to all of my Facebook family for supporting my business, liking my posts, and for the referrals!
