To our dear friends and clients - Recently there has been another update from our Governor, extending the closure of non-essential businesses until May 16th. While this isn't the news we were hoping for, our number one goal is to be with you again while keeping everyone safe. We are anticipating what kind of mandates will be in place when we open, so we're making a few changes... and of course, our sanitation practices will go above and beyond our usual routine to protect you as best we can. We can't wait for our reopening. Drop a comment below if you miss us as much as we miss you!

We're not afraid, bring it on!

Oh my gosh we miss you! We can't even explain how happy the day will be until we see you again! (Had to say that at least once before we report some quick stats.) Today President Trump extended social distancing guidelines through April 30th. We still haven't heard an end date from Governor Cuomo yet, we're waiting on that. We're sending out continued heartfelt wishes that you and your family remain healthy and safe. Some confessions from the team: We're getting way too us...ed to wearing pajamas. Honestly we have no idea how fat we'll be for our grand reopening. We may or may not have brushed and braided the hair of our cats and dogs. We've been group chatting, sending photos of our children and pets and ridiculous memes. We're planning on doing a zoom video meeting with all of the team so we can squeal in delight at seeing each other again.... and we'll have stories to tell you if anyone forgets they're on camera. We're doing our best to stay in good spirits, but we won't be complete until we're with you again, making you feel beautiful. We promise we will be there for you the very moment we're able, we're so excited for that! So put down those scissors and step away from that box color... dream of the day you walk out of the salon with a flip of your hair, spring in your step, and smile on your face because you look so damned good. To our much loved clients and friends: Today Governor Cuomo is ordering the closing of all licensed cosmetology shops in the state, effective on Saturday, March 21 at 8:00 pm. During this unprecedented time of nearly everything being put on hold, it was inevitable. There is no end date to the closures, but rest assured we will be waiting and watching to keep you informed. The joy that our job brings us is a big part of our lives, and our hearts are hurting without this purpo...se. That being said, there is nothing more important than your health and well being. No doubt we will be here for you when this is over. We can't wait to see your faces, to hear your stories, and to make you feel beautiful! We're also thinking of our fellow colleagues at this time, and we're praying that they, along with many others who are unable to work, will be able to put food on the table. A message to our cherished clients and friends: We are in the business of touching people, we feel purposeful and whole making you feel beautiful, but with recent events concerning the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we want to do our part in protecting vulnerable loved ones. We are staying updated with the education of this virus, and with the reports and orders from our government. Things are subject to change, but as of now, here are our plans to do what we can to protect y...ou. We are thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting. We're taking the extra time to sanitize again between each client, and of course, washing our hands constantly. For now, it is at the personal discretion of each stylist if they will continue to work. Please contact your stylist if you have any questions or concerns regarding your upcoming appointments. There may come a time when a temporary shut down is necessary, but until then, we kindly ask that you wash your hands upon entering the salon. If you have traveled recently to Europe, major cities with more affected areas, or are showing any symptoms of the virus, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later date.
