On Wednesday, the DOT/FMCSA finally unveiled their new proposal for easing Hours of Service regulations for carriers around the country. Drivers would be able to pause the 14 hour clock for up to 3 hours, but the 11 hour drive-time limit will remain. What do you think? Will this help drivers avoid peak traffic and other factors? Is it enough time? Will it impact safety at all?
