Happy New Year! It’s that time when we are all thinking about new resolutions and goals. One of my 2021 resolutions is to tackle Peaked Mt in the ADK. It beat me last year. Had a great workout this morning! I did a practice run of a workout from my brand new Group Fitness Program! I think everyone is going to love it! For 3 months you get to work out with a Personal Trainer in a group setting! I will push you and encourage you every step of the way! You will get leaner and stronger and have a great time doing it! Sign ups are on for the Group Fitness Program at Champions For Life. We start on January 4th and meet MWF at 5:15-6 am. This is a 3 month program ,and it's only $120 per month.
