A wonderful and generous thing has happened. Kristen Marks reached out to SEF to find a home for this sweet desk she had restored. Amy Tormey and Heidi Lloyd, @skanschools ESL (English as a Second Language) teachers, picked it up from Kristen and delivered it to Delto this weekend. Featured Artist: Christopher McEvoy, Painter Christopher McEvoy received his MFA in Painting from Boston University. He later spent a year as the Starr Scholar at the Royal Academy of Art in London and has exhibited his work in various group and solo exhibitions locally and in London, Boston, and New York. McEvoy is currently an Associate Professor of Art and the Coordinator of Painting at the State University of New York at Oswego. He lives in Sennett, NY, with his wife, A...nneke, and sons, Colin and Walker, who are students at Skaneateles Middle School and State Street. His paintings begin with the desire to explore interconnectivity and are influenced by the fluid nature of memory, experience, and perception.
