Camso 9968H96 Ripsaw Snowmobile Track and 96 Woodys Traction Master Studs Combo Kit https://sledtrack.com//camso-9968h96-snowmobile-track-and/ This video reviews the Camso - Camoplast 9968H96 Ripsaw snowmobile track and Woodys Traction Master stud kit. The track together with the stud kit will give you a prestudded snowmobile track that provides aggressive traction.... The 9968H96 Ripsaw is a predrilled snowmobile track which can be used with or without studs. It has a length of 121 inches, a width of 15 inches and a lug height of 1.25 inches. It features the Ripsaw tread pattern. And it comes predrilled with 96 holes in the center. The Woodys Traction Master Stud kit consists of 96 Woodys Traction Master 60 degree 1.325 Snowmobile Studs, 96 Woodys Square Aluminum Plates and 96 Woodys Nuts. The combination of the 9968H96 Ripsaw and Woodys Traction master studs will give you a track that provides excellent performance with aggressive traction. Installation is easy, you just need a few tools. You need a ratchet with a 13 mm socket, 4 mm hex key wrench or 4mm socket with another ratchet. Push the stud through the inside of the track, there are holes premolded in the track. Push the stud in. Put your backer on perpendicular to your traction bar. Put your nut on. You should have a torque wrench. Woodys recommends torquing the nut to 15 foot pounds for the 2 ply track which is what the 9968H96 is. Do not over tighten the nuts as you will strip them. This allows you optimum penetration without a lot of mass. Always remember, you need to make sure the track will fit your sled and that you have the clearance between the track and tunnel protectors. Woodys always recommends you use tunnel protectors and double check your clearance to make sure that these studs will clear so that you do not cause damage to your sled. We only sell the Woodys studs due to the quality and the way they are measured.
