As many have already seen on the news, sections of Onondaga County have now been placed into the orange zone category by Gov Cuomo. In this category, Smile LABS as well as many other service and personal care businesses are prohibited from conducting business beginning Wednesday 11/25. While we adhere to state regulation, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope everyone has a safe and happpy thanksgiving and we look forward to servicing everyone after things have settled down. We ask the public to please do your best to help stop the spread of covid-19 as the infection rate highly impacts local small business.

To all of our clients and members who are not yet aware, the mall has postponed business on many stores including Smile LABS. We understand that this has caused concern for those on our membership, both on auto payment or prepaid and also those who had previously scheduled appointments for this time frame. At this point, the auto pay feature has been disabled. Once open again, we will adjust membership billing dates to cover time of non opperation. For those on prepaid we wil...l extend your term to cover non opperational time as well. As with many small business in the mall, due to temporary closure , we will not be able to answer phone calls while bussiness is postponed. We are working directly with the mall, who will ultimately decide when it is appropriate for each type of store to open. Until then, we apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused and we hope everyone is able to stay safe and positive. See more

To our Valued Clients, As the day has progressed and the increased concerns over the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic outbreak has been talked about everywhere, we wanted to personally communicate with you what Smile LABS is doing to keep you, our client safe as well as our employees. Rest assure that all of us at Smile LABS operate with high standards in regards to our day-to-day operations. Including but not limited to cleanliness and sanitation. While our normal procedures... with our chemicals are formulated to kill viruses and other germs, we will continue to follow the protocol as well as increase precautions needed to ensure the safety of our clients and staff by continuing to: Cleaning and disinfecting whitening stations (this includes spraying solution on all client contact areas of the chairs and letting the solution rest on the chair for a full minute, sanitizing all glasses, mirrors and whitening lamps Sanitizing all retail products after client contact in the retail area. Sanitizing the front counters, seating areas and restrooms at a minimum every 30 minutes. As this situation continues to evolve quickly, we will continue to monitor this closely. We will continue to work closely with our teams to ensure that we are doing our part efficiently and effectively in helping to reduce the spread of the virus and feel confident in our own standards to remain open for business at this time.
