During this time you will become very relaxed and centered. Then we will sit in silent meditation for 3-5 minutes. At the end, we have a discussion where you can ask questions or share your experiences. Participation is voluntary and you are welcome to simply listen if... you would like. All are welcome and this event is $5 at the door. We provide chairs and yoga mats, all you need to do is come. Due to COVID-19, seating is limited. You must register in advance for this class.
