Every day is a great day to help, but it is always greatly needed and appreciated during the season of giving! A fellow resident is collecting non-perishable food items to benefit the Rotterdam Boys and Girls Club. Look for the donation box in the lobby of your building to help your local communities! Rise and Shine Yoga will start up again on Saturday, November 7th at 10:00AM! Be sure to check your messages for the Zoom ID and Password for this amazing class! Your instructor, Sarah, is looking forward to seeing all of you then!... This yoga class is for all levels of experience and will be every Saturday, from 10-11 AM.
