Update on Adult MMA classes- Anticipating striking virtual class to start December 1st.

Unfortunately, today is our last day for in person classes. Starting 11/20 we will be closed as per NYS requirements. We are working on putting together some virtual classes, so stay tuned!

So there is talk that gyms reopening has been changed to phase 3. Even other local gyms are posting they will be opening on 6/15. I have spoken with the erie county executives office today (mark polencarz) AND the EDC and both have informed me that in fact that is NOT true.. as of now, we are still phase 4! Specific info is not out, and wont be until just before phase 4(just like with phase 1 and 2) we were told there is a 10,000$ fine for gyms that do open earlier .. just wanted to keep everyone informed..

Ok everyone, here's the deal. If you would like to participate in our live workout TOMORROW NIGHT at 430pm. You will need to do the following. If you already have a membership(we've pretty much contacted all of you that do), all you need to do, is comment on this post, that you would like to join in on the workout. If you do not have a membership and want to participate, you will need to venmo $10 to jen , I will send you the link, via PM, if you have confirmed on this pos...t Or, pm me if you cant find me. Also, we will need ALL participants to confirm you want to be in on the workout a minimum of 2 hours ahead of time. (Just comment on this post for your confirmation) to give us enough time to get you hooked up to our platform. Once we have a head count, joe will need to one by one connect with your device. ATTENTION! starting this week, MMA classes (previously on live feed) will no longer be free. There will be a 10$ per class fee (via venmo) if you would like to participate, you will need to message the gym (PM) to request to participate. After one month of free classes, unfortunately we need to make this move, in Hope's to continue to remain open after all this is over. IF you had already been a paying member, you will receive a message from us, letting you know how long you had left when the world shut down. We will honor the rest of your paid membership. For Every one else, there will be a per class charge of $10 via venmo. Any questions, feel free to PM the gym, or joe or jen. Thank you, for all your support #alonetogether
