Joe K made a fresh batch of our German style nitrate free pork & beef bologna, our Polish style Krakauer bologna with delicious pieces of cured ham and also the little guy, the Gelbwurst "baby bologna" made with pork and veal. We'll have our house made Italian bologna, Mortadella with chunks of cured fat and pistachios ready for Saturday morning too.

Add some of our house prepared Harvest Bounty Apple Sauce to the smoked kassler pork loin for autumnal dinner!

Nonna is back! Try our tribute to a Philly pork roast hoagie with our Nonna's Special Sausage. It's pork with broccoli rabe, imported aged provolone cheese and a hint of red pepper flake to accent the rabe. Great on the grill or added to your spaghetti dinner.

Thursday is The Day to get your sausage needs for the week! We're reminding you that the store will only be open tomorrow and closed Friday & Saturday this week. We'll have all of your Oktberfest party brats, fresh German, Beer brats, Cheese brats, smoked Oktberfest brats, Weisswurst, Spicy Oktberfest brats and double smoked German sausage too. We'll have lots of fresh Hungarian, Polish, Chorizo along with Sweet & Hot Calabrese Italian sausage. Plus, double smoked bacon, ham, German potato and sauerkraut! See you Thursday from 10am - 4pm.
