Hey Girl! We celebrate the goals you achieve everyday!
This season might be a bit different, but our commitment to inclusion and teamwork is stronger than ever! Thank you to our friends at the One Step Coyotes for sharing this fantastic memory of what we are all looking forward to again! (Filmed during the fall of 2019)
It appears we have an alternative goal lamp contest brewing... comment with a picture of your pumpkins & or hockey at home trick... and one of you will win a basket of treats!
Joey captured the hearts of Hockey fans everywhere. His enthusiasm and love for the sport and his team went beyond singing anthems and equipment, he inspired people to recognize that ALL are all able to be a valued part of a team and organization. Our hearts, prayers and gratitude are shared with all of his teammates, Edmonton Oilers, and the Moss Family.
This weekend was to be the annual kick off of the 2020-21 hockey season with the NJ Dare Devils Frankenfest. Many of us were wondering what Coach Ritter’s costume would be this year, and what the great prize would be from the Tricky Tray! We’ve missed our friends and being able to see each other again. ASHA festivals are amazing. The acceptance and encouragement found in each event brings out the best in us. Coaches exchange ideas, parents build new connections with each ot...her and the athletes are filled with an excitement and joy which brings us all together. With a return to the rink happening at different places nationwide, it is difficult to not miss our schedule and the beloved routines of our hockey season. This season will be our opportunity to learn and grow. We will connect in new and exciting ways. Frankenfest will return, as will the over 20 festivals ASHA supports, in future seasons. The dance parties, laughter and goals will be there when we can all gather again. Until then, we are staying connected to you. Please take care of yourselves and each other and we are here to keep encouraging you!
Great to see NYRangers Chris Kreider welcome the Southern Connecticut Storm back to the ice!

It’s been so great being a part of this program, Sarah said. They really work with each individual where they’re at athletically. It’s something he looks forward to each year.
