This is my 10th COVID-19 test. Each time I come (by appointment) to the free MCC testing site the line is longer. I do this prophylactically to be sure I’m not walking around asymptomatic. Watch out nostrils here they come!

Since I can’t travel to teach or take classes, I am treating myself to the delights of being taught by Imani Olear and Aimee Senise Connors at Tru Yoga Rochester’s 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. We are off to a wonderful start. So grateful to my sweet classmates. Let the journey begin!!

Midway through my third week of getting back to work I love. Lucky to be working to the music of bird song with a fresh breeze. It’s yummy lemonade.
