To our valued customers, Sportline has resumed all normal services under specific guidelines. All service department functions are in full operation by appointment only. NYS inspection can be performed in conjunction with a scheduled service. Vehicle sales is also operational. Purchases can be made over the phone or online. Our showroom is open by appointment. Call our sales staff for scheduling, vehicle information and finance. Parts and accessories may also be purchased ove...r the phone with curb side pick-up. As Covid regulation change we will we will update our policies to move in unison. We have normal hours of operation. Tues, Wed, Fri 9am-6pm, Thurs 9am-8pm and Sat 9am-3pm. As is always the case, there is interpretation involved as to what is defined as an essential business. We, at Sportline have adopted the broad definition that our products and services do not fall in the categories of essential businesses. However, we do understand that part of our customer base i...s involved in the critical activities of keeping essential services operational and fighting the spread of the virus. March 20, 2020 To: All Customers Governor Cuomo will sign an Executive Order mandating that Sportline along with other non-essential businesses must close effective Sunday, March 22nd. Clearly, as more information and understanding about the spread of the Coronavirus has become available, the action plan has been adjusted dramatically. We do not yet have clarity with respect to when we will be allowed to resume operations. Our staff with be available through various mediums... including telephone, email, text and Konnect, plus the Sportline Website. Please reach out to us if we can be of any service. Sales: Our website is up to date with our New and Used inventory. If, for any reason, you do not want to visit the dealership all of our sales staff have access to phone, texting, and email. This will allow us to review products while discussing features and benefits. We also can arrange for delivery without you having to come into the dealership. Service: We already have a service night drop service. You can simply ride your bike in, complete the requested service envelope, enclose your keys, and drop it through the slot. Park your bike and our staff will contact you to review the necessary work. Our technicians will complete the work, wipe your bike down and return it to you via pickup. Parts: Call in and utilize our Parts and Accessories Specialist to find just the right part for pick up. You can also pay for your part over the phone and we will bring it out to your car once you arrive. As you know, the situation is continually evolving, and we'll keep you updated as new and relevant changes occur.
