Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we will not be welcoming Santa or his reindeer this year at Sprague’s Maple Farms. This was a tough decision to make, as we have loved having the reindeer here throughout the holiday season in years’ past, as well as Breakfast with Santa on Christmas Eve. We look forward to next year when this may be possible again. We will continue to operate as best we can, under ever-changing circumstances, while keeping our staff and customers safety the... top priority. As different as this year may be, we want to wish you all a happy and healthy holiday season ahead. Stay well.

Just in! We’ve got eggnog from Hoover’s Dairy in Sanborn, NY. We’ve also got some of their delicious chocolate milk. Get it while you can, as we will likely sell out. Served in quarts in the gift shop. Enjoy!

Weekend Specials! Tired of Turkey? Tonight we have a Seafood Stuffed Haddock special, along with our Buttermilk Battered Fish Fry. Saturday we are offering the Pecan Encrusted Fresh Salmon dinner and Sunday we will have Beef Stroganoff. Have a great weekend and stay safe!

Then, Friday you can get the Almond Crusted Haddock or the New England Seafood Casserole on Saturday. Sunday evening we will offer our Salisbury Steak Dinner. Reminder! We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26. There are still two ways that you can enjoy our Sprague’s premium free-range turkey:... 1. Place your order for your whole, uncooked, fresh turkey by Sunday, 11/22 for pick-up on Tuesday, 11/24 at the Turkey Farm on Maple Ave. 2. Place your pre-order for a Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner by Sunday, 11/22 for pick-up on Wednesday, 11/25 at the restaurant. These will come cold, with all the fixin’s, with re-heating instructions for you to enjoy on Thursday. We are sorry, but we cannot take same-day orders for any to-go Turkey Dinners on Wednesday, 11/25. These all have to be pre-ordered. Thank you!

Weekend Specials! Come enjoy the fall colors and fall specials we have to offer. Please keep in mind that we are still just operating at 50% capacity and wait times are longer than usual.... To help with social distancing, we can only allow 2 people per party inside while waiting for a table. Once we are ready to seat you, the rest of your party may join you. Unfortunately, we will not be making our maple cake donuts this weekend. But, stay tuned because we may have them in the near future! Then on Saturday, try our Pecan Encrusted Fresh Salmon or the Blackberry Stuffed French Toast (until 12 pm Saturday and Sunday). Finally, on Sunday evening we will be serving up Chicken Cordon Bleu.
