Check out the protective measures we’ve taken at Spring Forward to ensure a safe environment for our patients and staff! ***We have created a sociallydistanced waiting area with several chairs spaced 6 feet apart from one another. Since we only see one patient at a time, there are never multiple people in our waiting area. ***Our front desk is enclosed in glass to limit your contact with our staff members ***Each patient receivestheir treatment in a private room which is t...horoughlysanitized between uses. We also utilize a protective sheet over our tables as an additional measure of precaution. ***Both waitingareas and each private room are equippedwith medical grade air purifiers which capture airborne particles to help maximize the health of our patients ***Each room and common area is stocked with sanitizing spray and hand sanitizer ***All staff and patients are required to wear masks while in the office For further questions about additional precautions we are taking please do not hesitate to reach out! Spring Forward Physical Therapy is happy to congratulate former-patient Callum Johnson on winning the 2020 ACC Men's Soccer Championship! Callum has been a patient of Spring Forward on and off for 8 years working with Dr. Lynn Berman. Becoming a champion comes with a fair share of injuries, and Callum has always shown heart, determination and passion each time he got banged up. Callum assisted on the first goal in the 2-1 Championship win over Pitt. Aside from being a fierce competitor, Callum is also one of the nicest people to ever come to our office. The Bird dog exercise challenges core, hip, spine and pelvic stability. We take care to pay extra attention to coordination, breath work and slow performance.
