If you need a copy of your High School Transcript for any reason, please use the request form below. This form, along with a check or money order for the fee of $10 per copy, must be mailed to the Provincial Secretary. Payments should be made out to the Sisters of St. John the Baptist. Requests will only be accepted by mail. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for processing. Mail the completed form and appropriate fee to:... PROVINCIAL SECRETARY SISTERS OF ST. If you need a copy of your transcript, please mail in the transcript request form. Unfortunately, no copies of diplomas have ever been available. There is only one diploma created for each graduate, but in most cases if you can't find your diploma an official transcript will do. Sr. Ann Marie Damiani '58, C.S.JB. 12/2/40 - 8/17/18 Sr. Ann Marie was born and raised in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. Sister attended and is a graduate of Our Lady of Angels Elementary School, St. John Villa Academy High School, Class of 1958, Fordham University and Hunter College.... Upon being graduated from St. John Villa Academy, Sister entered the Congregation of Sisters of St. John the Baptist on August 15, 1958 and made her profession of vows on July 4, 1960. Sister was then assigned to teach at St. Dominic Elementary School in the Bronx from 1960-1968; St. John Villa Academy from 1968-1977 and also served as Villa Convent Superior and Vocation Director from 1968-1971; Mt. St. John Academy from 1977-1985. Sister was then assigned the position of Dean of Students at St. John Villa Academy from 1985-1997 and returned to teaching at St. Dominic Elementary School from 1997-1999. Sister served as Provincial Secretary of the Sisters of St. John the Baptist from 1999-2007. From 2008-2011 Sister was assigned to Our Lady of Providence Convent and worked as Pastoral Associate at St. Vincent de Paul Convent in Stirling, NJ. From 2011-2014 Sister served as the Superior at Providence Rest Convent in the Bronx after which time she returned to St. John Villa Academy and began her present ministry of caring for the various spiritual needs of the elderly and homebound parishioners of Holy Rosary Parish. Sr. Ann Marie always felt that it was an honor and privilege to have had the opportunity to have served in each of these ministries as she lived out the words of St. Alfonso Maria Fusco: I wish that even my shadow might do good. She is survived by her dedicated family. Her sister Joan Regan and her brother- in- law James, her nephews. Marc and his wife Camille, Matthew and his wife Susan along with their children Katie and Matthew Jr. Also, many faithful friends and her loving community The Sisters of St. John the Baptist.
