Caroline Cercone, Stamm Law Firm paralegal and University at Buffalo School of Law student, recently completed a project on veterans law and pensions. She used her knowledge and research on the subject to create scenarios as well as apply the law, using similar concepts to medicaid law. New York State Veterans Affairs as well as University at Buffalo School of Law both found her project to be very valuable. The Stamm Law Firm is a part of the Erie County Veterans program and does work for veterans through the Lamm Post as well as elder law and estate planning. Brian Stamm graduated from Canisius High School in 1990. He attended the State University of New York at SUNY Geneseo, completing his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a minor in History in 1994. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1997 from the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Patricia Willers joined the Stamm Law Firm in January of 2016 after a successful 10-year career in the banking industry. As a Legal Assistant, she supports the lawyers with various tasks including drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence, communicating with clients and preparing and maintaining files.
