COVID-19 Guidelines for Stepping Star Gymnastics Camp We are working on the requirements necessary based on NYS and CDC guidelines. These policies will be updated as necessary and are subject to change. Drop off/Pick up: Staff will be completing a health screening assessment questionnaire daily.... Staff, children or anyone entering the building must pass a temperature check. Anyone with a recorded temperature of 100.4 or higher, will not be permitted to enter the building or program that day. Fever must be gone for over 48 hours before entry back into the facility is allowed. It is suggested that parents/guardians do not enter the building. Parent/guardians are asked to wear masks and maintain appropriate social distancing from staff at drop-off and pick-up. If your child is uncomfortable with the drop off procedures, you are welcome to stay for a few minutes while your child settles in. Plan for drop-off to take up to 15 extra minutes due to temperature checks and health screens The doors in the center of the building will be used for entering/checking in and the side doors will now be used for exiting only. We will be using the side doors for check out/pick up. Staff will check in students, show them wear to put their lunch box, etc. and bring them to their first rotation. Physical Distancing: Coaching staff will wear masks or facial coverings unless deemed a hazard during spotting. For the safety of the students, face masks cannot be worn during gymnastics activities. Training areas and on deck waiting stations have been spaced 6 ft apart. Hallways, bathrooms, and stair wells have all been marked with social distancing decals. Large group activities and gatherings have been eliminated. Group sizes, rotation schedule, and traffic flow throughout the school have all been modified to meet CDC & NYS guidelines. Hygiene, Cleaning, and Disinfection: Staff and students will wash hands after every rotation, before and after lunch, and after trips to the bathroom. Several hand sanitizing stations have been set up throughout the school. We will conduct regular cleaning and disinfection and more frequent cleaning and disinfection of shared objects and surfaces, as well as high transit areas, restrooms, common areas, and equipment. Students will not be allowed to share any personal items including food, snacks, drinks, etc. When possible, equipment will be properly sanitized after each class and/or each rotation. Cleaning logs are filled out by staff daily to ensure all areas are covered. All staff will go through new cleaning/disinfecting training before opening the center.

Dear Stepping Star Families, Due to the current restrictions on non-essential businesses we are on hold until further notice and possibly the remainder of the season. All memberships have been placed on hold and you will not be charged any tuition fees going forward. For all our customers that have their tuition in full for this season you will be refunded for April-June. We are working on setting up a zoom to help our students at home remain active and involved in our gymnas...tics community. More information will be emailed to you about that shortly. We are committed to returning as soon as deemed safe. We wish you and your families all the best during this unprecedented time. We hope to see you all very soon. Thank You, Stepping Star Gymnastics
