We’re still open and we’re following COVID 19 safety protocols. All high touch surfaces are sanitized regularly. ... We’re all wearing masks to ensure your safety. We ask that you wear one to ensure ours. No shirt, no shoes, no service has been widely accepted for years. We’re simply adding no mask until we’re safely on the other side of this pandemic. Challenging times bring out the best...and the worst ... in people. We are striving to keep our employees on the payroll with no help from the government and doing our utmost to serve our customers to the best of our abilities. To thank us for our service in these trying times, some sad soul decided they needed to relieve us of roughly 20 of our full propane tanks. All we can say is we sincerely hope you truly needed them and you’ll put the fuel to good use. To the rest of you, we’re still here doing our absolute best to provide you with the service you are accustom to, regardless of the current situation. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Since we are a NYS Licensed Repair Shop, our business has been designated as necessary, however it will not be business as usual. FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL CONCERNED, our units will be locked until the threat of COVID-19 is behind us. If you would like to see a unit, you will need to call 315-265-3211 to make an appointment. This will allow us the opportunity to thoroughly disinfect all surfaces before and after viewing. Our goal is to keep our customers and our staff saf...e and healthy in the best way we know how. Our shop is still operational but by appointment only and each unit will sit for a decontamination period of 4 days, before work will be performed. Please plan accordingly. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the threat of COVID-19 and we will do everything in our power to accommodate you in the safest way we know how. We thank you for your patience, your business and most especially, your trust.
