The biggest challenge of my career as a Sawyer was this job! No back yard access till we got permission to take out a fence pannel and drive across another yard,then it was the biggest log I have ever had my mill for out of round , almost 40" and the big end and 36" on the small end. But it made some beautiful wood! Made a few slabs for there kids and grandkids to enjoy for the rest of there life's it was cool to save and preserve the tree the boys grew up under!
