There have been so many big changes in our lives in the last seven months. There's also been one little nuisance that has cropped up for those who don a mask and eyeglasses and we are here to help solve the dilemma and "FIGHT THE FOG." Here are five quick tips to prevent your glasses from fogging up while wearing a mask: 1. The easiest and most obvious suggestion is a to make a quick adjustment to how your glasses rest on your nose. Move them up higher and it should clear u...p. 2. The alternative is to move your mask higher on your face and use your glasses to hold the mask in place. This way air doesn’t escape when you exhale, causing the fog. 3. Tightening your mask will also help, if you are using one that ties around your head. The masks that loop around your ears are the biggest culprit. 4. For a quick fix, you can tape down the mask with athletic tape creating a seal prevents hot air from moving towards your glasses. 5. Anti-fog solutions are available to purchase or you can wash your lenses in a solution of warm water and dish soap. Let them air dry completely. The dish soap creates a film on your glasses that will not inhibit your vision but can help prevent glasses from fogging up.
