New Seat Belt Law Goes Into Effect November 1st: NEW YORK Beginning Nov. 1, New York State law will require everyone in a car to wear a seat belt. Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed legislation in August that mandates anyone over the age of 16 must wear a seat belt if they are sitting in the back seat.... That is different from what is currently in the law that only those 16 or older were required to buckle up if they were in the front passenger seat next to the driver. Every child under 16 must use a safety restraint.

Beginning June 1st we will be observing the following protocols in our office to protect not only our staff and their families but also to protect the health and well being of our customers and their families. Meetings inside our office will be on an appointment basis only. This will ensure that we have sufficient time between meetings to properly sanitize the office before allowing others to enter. Face masks will be required by those entering our offices. No exceptions wi...ll be made. We will be offering you the same courtesy by also wearing masks when we meet Only one person will be allowed at any one time. If you can not wear a mask or require more than one person to be at the meeting, we have outdoor meeting space available to accommodate you. For anyone dropping off or picking up paperwork, we will be utilizing the box next to our entrance for these purposes. As always we are available by phone, email or zoom. If you have another preferred form of communication we will do our best to accommodate you. We appreciate your understanding during this time period. We are doing all we can to continue serving you to the best of our abilities while also ensuring that everyone is safe during their time with us. Thank you and be well.
