With the winds picking up and causing drifts, it was tough to get a good measurement of our overnight snow. Between 11-14.

Amazing foggy morning sunrise. The lake is groaning and echoing as it is expanding and making ice this morning.

With the increased traffic of all forms on the lake here is a reminder that SUNY Cortland has bubblers (to protect their docks from ice and keep water open) at both Antlers and Camp Huntington. At Antlers the bubbler is in front of the Casino and at Camp Huntington there are two bubblers on the South Bay side. Keep a good distance away to protect yourself from becoming a polar bear.

Ice is beginning to skim the shorelines. Current forecasts show warmer temperatures later this week. If the winds remain low, some of the ice may stick around.

Missing Raquette Lake? We are missing our guests for sure! We are selling down our camp store inventory. Follow the link below to see what is available. Be sure to include the shipping fee, $10. Please note that if you order multiple items, the shipping rate maybe more than $10. We can make adjustments once the items are shipped and an exact rate is known. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out. Rhonda... Please note you will need to copy and paste the link into your web browser. It will need the space and "store" to work. I'm sorry, I cannot get it to be a direct link. https://commerce.cashnet.com/huntington store
