We're all ready to bid "Au revoir," to 2020. However, we're grateful for all the memories and portraits we were able to capture this year. Ok, so the last time I photographed her, she was in pigtails. Now she's wrapping up her senior year and has big plans. I'm so excited for the path she's on and so grateful to be a part of this chapter in her journey. There is no looking back on what was lost in 2020, we're looking to the future of our bright and beautiful class of 2021.

Tonight was our annual holiday celebration and there was no better way to enjoy it than with tacos and tequila. 2020 was for sure a trying time, but we were able to bounce back and have one of the studio's busiest falls ever. I can't explain how grateful I feel as a small business owner, to survive this pandemic. Photography for me was never just a hobby, it was a way to capture moments that will be remembered for generations to come. Capturing the important chapters in your storybook. Amelia and I look forward to what we have in store for 2021 and we can't thank our clients enough for continuing to be apart of our family.

I really like to take the time to get to know my clients, get a sense of their taste and style, when we're planning their maternity and newborn session. Mom loves everything boho and macrame, she even sent me a picture of the nursery. So when I saw this prop, I knew I had to have it for her. This shot took a lot of patience and teamwork, to make sure all safety measures were covered as we got this shot. It was so worth it and is now one of my all-time favorite newborn shot...s. #hudsonvalleynewbornphotographer #bestofthehudsonvalley

Putting a feeler out there: our outdoor family holiday mini sessions sold out in less than 24 hours. We're considering putting a new set together in the studio for the children's holiday portraits. Due to COVID restrictions, we would have to limit how many sessions we could take on, who would be interested? Picture for attention, we'd build a new set.

I'm so used to the typical sibling wrestling that I so appreciate these tender moments between brother and sister.

Whenever I see these boys, it's either on a soccer field somewhere or in front of my camera. This week I'm happy to see them out of uniform and hanging with me. I loved seeing each of their personalities shine through with their one on one time.
