Introducing our Chinese New Year Take-away Box! A decadent selection of high-end seafood in celebration of the Chinese new year. This box, intended to serve approximately four people, includes toro, scallop, abalone, uni, king crab, spot shrimp, sea bream, among others. Only 20 boxes available. New addition to our takeout/ delivery menu: Mini Tuna, Uni, Ikura Don. A mini version of our popular "Tuna, Uni and Ikura Don", consisting of the titular ingredients resting on a bed of our seasoned rice.
Our Lobster Roll and Bouillabaisse consists of lobster maki with a serving of Noz's house-made bouillabaisse.
Our Anago Chirashi includes Saltwater Eel (from Tsushima-Island of Kyusyu) laid over seasoned rice and topped with our house-made eel barbecue sauce.
Our Temaki Kits are now available for takeout and delivery every day! Each kit serves 4-5 people and requires an hour to prepare. The kit includes a selection of seasonal fish and signature accoutrements, seasoned rice and seaweed for handrolls. We hope you enjoy.

The definition of seasonal and extremely difficult to source, this salt-cured uni is only available in Abe-san’s hometown of Yagishiri Island for a few weeks every year. Made with wild-caught sea urchin and cured with salt for a month, uni cheese, as it is called in Japan, is profoundly rich and savory, and certainly unlike any uni you’ve tried before in America. Best enjoyed alone as a complement to sake, or used a spread on the bread of your choice. Limited Edition! Our Family-Sized Bara Chirashi serves 3-4 and includes a selection of seasonal sashimi resting on a bed of seasoned sushi rice.
Our Toro Futomaki includes akami, chu-toro and o-toro wrapped together with pickled daikon, shiso and sesame.
Our Deep Fried Squid Legs are back on our takeout/ delivery menu! Our fried squid legs are dusted in seasoned flour in the Japanese style.
