CALLING ALL SINGERS Due to the coronavirus interrupting so many choir performances, the Syracuse Chorale, under the direction of Sean Linfors, Assistant Professor of Choral Music at Ithaca College, is embarking on a virtual concert project for December 2020. Please consider joining us. We plan to hold 20-minute sectional rehearsals via Zoom on Tuesday nights starting September 1st. We invite singers in the greater Syracuse area and beyond to join us. We have set a temporary ...membership fee of $75 to cover our digital music and operating costs. We see this as a unique opportunity to continue to experience the joy of communal singing, which we all know makes us better people in so many ways. Please click on this link - https://tiny.cc/SC20-21registration (or copy and paste into your browser) - to register for our December 2020 project. If you have questions, please email [email protected] . See more

It was a fun and festive night as Syracuse Chorale performed Carols and Lullabies featuring the works of Conrad Susa, Benjamin Britten, and Stephen Paulus. With grateful thanks to our guest musicians: Deette Bunn on harp, Tim Schmidt on guitar, Jen Vacanti on marimba, and Alina Plourde on oboe. And our Ithaca College Singers: Maia Finkel, Felicity Davis, Louis Bavara, McKinny Danger James, Alec Dorris, and Koby Springsteen.... And of course, our Artistic Director, Dr. Sean Linfors and accompanist Sabine Krantz. Such a fabulous team to lead our ensemble. Looking forward to our musical adventures in the Spring..."Mozart and Mendelssohn Masterworks" April 18th and "On My Dreams" May 30th. Both at DeWitt Community Church. Stayed tuned!
