Next steps on this pool house structure will be to complete the timber frame, add the central 25’ masonry wood burning fireplace chimney, and complete the soffits / rakes.

We are excited to build a custom pool house / pavilion in 2021 on the corner of this beautiful pool project going in. We got the foundation in, septic, water, and electric in place. We cannot wait to start framing it!

We had a very productive weekend framing this custom pool house . This structure has a full finished basement, timber frame pavilion, etc.

It was a busy week of @timbertech deck projects. Both of these decks are solid pvc for long term ease of maintenance.
