Hi! My name’s Kat, and I am new to nutrition coaching but really excited to be working with the wonderful Tracy Tucker! I’m a full time flight nurse and live with my fiancé, Julia, 2 dogs and 3 cats. I come from a competitive collegiate rugby background and spent some time doing CrossFit before settling for some less high intensity exercise due to health reasons. My goals are to feel better/improve my overall health and successfully navigate nutrition and healthy habits in t...he chaotic world I (we) all are living in! Mary Ann was one of the very first members to join CrossFit Syracuse in September 2012. For 8 years, she has regularly attended classes and done several personal training sessions per week. We’ve seen her crush CrossFit competitions, weightlifting meets, obstacle races and so much more. All these years in, she continues to set and conquer new goals - in March, she hit a big front squat PR at 165#. Last month, Mary Ann set her sights on nutrition and hired Coach @tracytucker_...cfs for one on one coaching. Tracy is a pro at helping people do what Mary Ann loves best - perform!! We can’t wait to see what this dynamic duo can accomplish together. "CFS has been keeping me healthy and on track since 2012. I decided to begin Tracy's FoodRx program because I know her and I trust her knowledge and commitment to my success.
