Twin Bridges Waste & Recycling

The first week of the Curbside Bulk Waste Pickup service and Twin Bridges has made a big dent in the first phase of the program. Yesterday two trucks were working Main Street at the same time.

We just wanted to take a minute to say Thank You to our customers for their patience during this snowstorm. For many, we decided to delay service because our first priority is the safety of our team. While we want nothing more than to provide the highest quality of service, sometimes weather happens. What we noticed was the overwhelming understanding and support that we received from our customers; whether by text response, phone call, or in person out on the routes, it really made us feel better about any potential inconvenience. Thanks for being awesome.

Our fleet is growing everyday thanks to our driver's dedication and our focus on customer service. We are so thankful to our customers that have given us the chance to prove what a local company can do. We hope everyone is as thankful as we are this Holiday Season!

The kids at Tiny Town of Colonie got a kick out of the truck scooping up the big can over the truck to empty it! We hope everyone had a great National Kindness Day!!!

John made a new friend on his route today! Little DJ’s parents tell us he has a fleet of 8 trucks he makes believe are Twin Bridges!

Meet Jordan from Watervliet! Mike (pictured below) tells us Jordan waits for him every week. Jordan knows all about garbage trucks and told Mike he wants to be just like Scott Earl one day. We spoke to his parents today and told them as soon as Jordan is old enough, we expect to see him for an interview!
