Was a very busy weekend so I didn't get around to posting much. Now that I have some downtime at 2 am I will starting sharing some stuff from this weekend. I just want to say that I'm proud.of these 3 guys and am honored to be their coach. None of us achieved a first place this weekend at the 2020 Chicago Pro but we all won! First I want to say congratulations to Jason Brown @jb.swoleosteen who showed up here at his all time best and qualified for his first Mr Olympia this w...eekend. You did it big dawg and I'm proud of you! I predict there won't be a more ripped or more muscular athlete at this year's Classic Physique Olympia. Stay Tuned! Your best achievement in 2020 has yet to come. . . . Congratulations to Austin Karr who also achieved his all time best look this weekend taking it down to a 2 man callout with Keone Pearson to finish prejudging. Although Austin didn't get the victory and Olympia qualification here his stock just went way up setting him up for a big 2021 season. Austin remember...please ignore the naysayers and Monday morning quarterbacks of the bodybuilding world and lets focus in on improving on what we started here. Big things coming for you. Proud of ya brother! . . . And last but not least congratulations to my longtime friend and client Amit Roy @bengaal_tiger who overcame many obstacles these last couple years to finish strong here with his best performance of the 2020 season. Your story is an uncommon one and one day the whole world will know it. Your best is coming. You have been through too much in your life to stop here. Its off season growing time and whether its in 2021 or more likely 2022 I look forward to seeing a bigger and better Amit....the best Amit Roy ever and on a 212 bodybuilding stage. Everyone stay tuned for that because its gonna be special. I have a lot of respect for you Amit. Where you are going...where you've been. One of the greatest stories in bodybuilding history is still being written and then pen is in your hand. I'm proud to be your coach and friend. See more

Final pump up workout clip today of Jason @jb.swoleosteen Austin @ifbbproaustin_k and Amit @bengaal_tiger doing a posedown at the coolest gym in Atlanta. We found a GEM of an old school gym here! I'll be posting a longer 7 minute IGTV video of the whole workout later so stay tuned! This place is Amazing!! Also we will be doing a professional photoshoot in this place after the show.
