Terp’s Enterprises Participated in the #Motorcoachesrollingforawareness Rally in Washington DC on Wednesday. The purpose of this Rally is to remind Congress that the motor coach was forgotten in the Stimulus bill that was passed. The airline industry, Amtrak as well as public transit all received stimulus money to stay afloat. 90% of the motor coach companies in the United States are small family owned companies. This is an email I received from Frank Bolog who was in charge... of our rally in Washington DC: We did it, we made history! Our motorcoaches came together like a puzzle and we were seen. I want to take a moment and explain to you all about how proud I am to be an operator in the Motor Coach industry. Never has there been a time where every company, has come together to work on one goal. MR4A created ONE VOICE for you the operators, your employees, and all of your passengers. We are up and we are moving, do not stop this movement, we have just begun. Yesterday’s demonstration was the first step in showing the government how large we are, how important we are to this economy. We are going to keep the pressure on and we are going to keep the spark alive and get this fire (the motoroach industry) roaring back!
