We are in need of a part-time installer for a family-owned window treatment store. There is potential for full-time work depending on what you are looking for. General contract knowledge is preferred but not required. Position included the installation of draperies, shades, hardware & motorized window treatments. The office is located in New Hartford, NY and the majority of clients are located within a 50-mile radius of the store Must be a team player Flexible hours... Hourly rate is based upon experience A clean driver’s license is required Ability to lift 25 lbs. and climb ladders Clerical & sales experience preferred, not required Job duties will include, but not limited to: Installation of shades, shutters, draperies, & hardware, etc Perform window treatment repairs, and troubleshoot as needed Develop knowledge of window treatment motorization.
