It was a tough grind on the cod grounds today. We caught a couple of Codfish along with a few dogfish around the reefs and wrecks. We won't be sailing tomorrow due to a lack of interest but we do have enough to get out Friday. There's still plenty of room on all days, reservations can be made by texting me your name, day and date of trip and # of persons to 516-361-9275.

We finally got out today after a week stuck at the dock. Codfish weren't too cooperative with only a handful coming over rail. Dogfish kept the rods bending all day along with some Blackfish which were released unharmed. Due to popular demand we will not be sailing tomorrow. We do not sail New Years Day, so our next trip will be Saturday. We are now fishing for Codfish every day, weather permitting, from 6am till 4pm. Reservations are a must &can be made by texting me your name, day & date of trip, and # of persons to 516-361-9275.

We didn't sail today and will not be sailing tomorrow and Monday due to mechanical issues. We hope to resume sailing on Tuesday.

We had a decent morning catching keepers and shorts but the afternoon was mostly small fish. Jigs were working well this morning. Those who were able to avoid getting stuck in the bottom had a big advantage. The weather looks great for the next few days and we'll be back at it tomorrow. Call or text me at 516-361-9275 for reservations.

We picked away at Blackfish up to 5lbs most of the day. A few fish fell for jigs but most were caught on green crabs. A few jumbo Porgies also came up on the crab baits along withsome odd dogfish. We've been fishing the reefs and rockpiles in 50'-80' of water. The weather looks awesome for the next few days and we will be sailing every day from 7am till 4pm. Call or text me at 516-361-9275 for reservations.

Blackfish were in a good biting mood today! We had a good steady pick all day with fish up to 8lbs. We also boated a couple of nice Codfish. The cod sightings are become more frequent as the water is finally cooling off. The weather looks good for the weekend and there's still lots of room on Saturday. TEXT ME at 516-361-9275 for reservations.

Gale force winds kept us at the dock the past two days but the weather looks great for the foreseeable future. We will be sailing every day, weather permitting, from 7am till 4pm. We will be targeting Blackfish and green crabs will be provided. Reservations can be made by texting your name, day and date of trip, and # of persons to 516-361-9275.

Blackfishing has been picky the past few days. Water temps are still warm, hopefully the colder weather coming will get the fish in a better biting mood. We're still seeing a few nice Seabass each day and boated a 60lb Black drum on Sunday. We will not be sailing tomorrow due to Gale winds but the weekend looks good. There's still room on Saturday and Sunday, just call or text me at 516-361-9275. We will continue sailing every day ,weather permitting, from 7am till 4pm fishing for Blackfish.
