Hello All, The Ridge Fire Department Co 3 Santa Parade 2020 is on! Santa will be visiting on -... Saturday, December 19 Start Time will be 3pm In order to keep in accordance with the CDC guide lines and to keep Santa, his fire department helpers and the community safe during the holiday season, we must keep a 6ft clearance around the Santa float at all times. Unfortunately, this means that children will not be permitted on the Santa float for pictures. Santa also will not be making any stops or handing out candy canes this year. We will be driving at a slow pace so you can take pictures from the side of the road. Here is the route that we will be following this year. I will be updating our location throughout the route on the Ridge Fire Department Co3 Facebook page. Thank you for your understanding. We are looking forward to seeing everyone along the route.

TO ALL THE POLL WORKERS - Thank you!! You are the unrecognized cogs that allow our machine of democracy to run. You took a day off from work to be there. You arrived at 5:00am and remained long after the polls closed, my wife Audrey who joined your ranks this year did not arrive home until 10:00pm. You did this despite the pandemic and having to provide your own masks and sanitizer. You did this despite no designated breaks, and being short handed. You did not leave yo...ur post unless there was someone available to take your place so that there was always a Democrat and Republican present. You did not get a lunch or a dinner break and had to bring your own meals. You helped each voter regardless of their party affiliation. It was my honor and privilege to bring in a few pies and serve you couple of slices to show you my appreciation. THANK YOU!!! See more
