Look who came to Oak Point to celebrate the Scottish Festival!! It's Kelpie, the St. Lawrence Sea Monster, sighted by the Oak Point boat ramp! (Rumor has it that Kelpie's mother is none other than Pam Winchester, artist and Scotswoman extraordinaire! Thanks for making and sharing Kelpie with us!)
