Just doing this today on my Birthday...spending time with my love!

TRUE STORY: We recently had the pleasure of meeting new Chai friends visiting from LeRoy; as this was their first visit we were excited to share our Chai with them...after serving the drinks and taking a selfie they left...but moments later, they returned to discretely let me know that their drinks were lacking something...they just didn't "taste right"....they were so gracious, and I was so thankful...I realized it was a simple fix and addition so I made fresh drinks, gave t...hem samples first, got their approval, then filled their Chai mugs back up....it all ended well....I say all this to say how appreciative I was for them caring enough to let me know AND the manner in which they did...if you're new, we'd be more than happy to make a sample for you to try before you buy...if we mess up a drink, or it's not up to par, please let us know, it honestly does not happen often at all, but sometimes things simply go wrong or what is ordered does not match a persons palate or preference...we care enough to say this, are humble enough to realize we can always improve things, and are so thankful for the opportunity we have and the privilege to serve YOU! * * #chai #chaiguychai #thechaiguy #rochesterny #roc #parkavenue #keepingitreal
