Hello As the winter season is approaching, we are noticing that some gym members are beginning to not appear to their scheduled workouts. Not showing up to your scheduled workouts makes it very difficult for other members to try and attend a session. We will officially begin charging the $5 No Show Fee like we do with the pool reservation system. We highly encourage all members to CALL US at 718-729-7163 to cancel their appointment during our operating business hours! For the... first time you will receive an email warning stating you have not shown a scheduled workout. The Second warning will result in your account email being removed - thus denying you access to the online scheduler. To reactivate your email, you will need to call us and a staff member will need to re-enter your email address. The $5 fee will be attached to your account and we will require a payment prior to the staff member re-activating your email address. We understand the difficulty of the current situation with the world, however we are doing everything possible to keep all of our customers happy. We are asking for everyone's help and support to keep our business functioning properly and efficiently while following all the CDC Guidelines. Monday’s Bootcamp @freddygamunoz 6:15pm Tuesday and Thursdays Charlie total body 6:15pm John spin 6:15pm & 7:30pm... Friday’s John spin 6:15pm & 7:30pm We suggest coming 15 min prior as we will be doing temperature checks and waiver form signings at the door! $10 cash only to attend the 45 min class **PLEASE NOTE** THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO LOCKER ROOM, SHOWERS OR WATER FOUNTAIN ACCESS AS PER CDC RULES! Everyone must come with 2 water bottles in hand and face mask must be worn at all times while waiting to enter until class has started. Face Masks can be removed once instructor states to remove them **NO EXCEPTIONS** Currently we do not have a reservation system in place so this will be a first come first serve class. Outside we have spray painted 21 Red X's on the floor--1 person per x. if you are standing on an X you are guaranteed a spot. Hello, this is a friendly reminder to all pool members that a face mask be worn AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON THE POOL DECK. When you are NOT in the water, your face mask must be on and covering your nose and mouth the entire time your on the pool deck. We highly suggest you bring a water bottle with you as the water fountain is not operating. You can use your water bottle as a holder to hold your face mask while you swim. This is a NYC mandated guideline in which we must follow to k...eep our pool open and operational. Thank You
