The Cone Cabin

Happy New Year everyone! We wanted to thank you for your amazing patronage over the last 3 years that we operated The Cone Cabin. Without your support we would not have been where we are today. With that being said, we know there will be many of you who will be upset to lose your favorite ice cream stop but we are excited to announce that coming spring 2019 we will now be THE 1892 BAR & GRILLE! The significance of 1892 is that it was the first year the Adirondack Park was es...tablished. We are going to stay within the parameters of paying homage to our roots as "Adirondackers" and honoring those who have forged the way for us to be lucky enough to live and work in the Adirondacks. Stay tuned as we phase this page out and open our 1892 page for updates on the progress of construction and opening date. We will be offering some of the same food we did at The Cone Cabin but also an array of much, much more! We wish you all of the best in 2019 and look forward to serving you an adult beverage and some delicious food this year!

This year is a bittersweet one and it wouldn’t have been a year at all without everyone’s support who stopped and contributed to @theconecabin ‘s success. To my tireless staff who was there for me when I was on the road for work, or choosing to have excuses as to why I wasn’t in the building, I don’t have enough gratitude to express. My friends and most importantly family who carried me through, you guys are my rock! We promise you there’s some exciting things coming your way for next year!!!

Hello everyone! We are down to 7 days left in our season and we know what a majority of you prefer for flavor. So we are running it from today until we close. Yes, you guessed it, it’s MAPLE!!! Our last day will Be Monday September 3rd and we are closing at 9pm or before if we run out of product. ... Please bear in mind that we are a seasonal operation and that we will most definitely be running out of things we normally carry on the menu during the peak of the season. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. So far we are out of: Peanut Butter dip Cherry dip We will try to keep this updated as we run out of things!

Hello all! Happy Friday! This weeks flavor is back by popular demand...PEANUT BUTTER! Come try it alone or twisted with chocolate. We also are offering our rodeo burger as our food special. Nicole’s famous hand packed burgers, topped with your choice of lettuce, tomato, onion with bacon, Swiss or American cheese and an onion ring topped with barbecue sauce and a small fry!
