*Updated Custom Hatter business policies upon reopening ! Custom fittings,purchases and visits to the store will be by Appointment only. For those wanting to schedule an appointment to purchase a Custom made hat there will be a $100 deposit required to hold the appointment to be paid by credit card at the time of scheduling.The fee will be deducted from the final cost of the hat if a hat is purchased. For someone who does not show for their appointment or for someone who doe...s not purchase a hat this fee will be non-refundable. Appointments will be limited to 1 hour in duration . *Subsequent appointments for fittings or follow up work will be scheduled w/ Gary - additional deposit will not be required but initial $100 deposit will be forfeited if appointment is missed. We ask for 24 hours notice of any need to change an appointment. *Walk ins to the creative studios are no longer encouraged,PLEASE CALL AHEAD.
