The Dugout is excited to announce that we will be holding 5 weeks of summer camps. All camps will be held outside at Glasco Field Complex. THE FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM WILL IMPROVE: Athleticism /General fitness and health Strength - relative body strength, core stability Body awareness locomotion skills, running mechanics, agility Imagination /Creativity Teamwork Balance and Coordination This program is designed to focus on the fundamentals of proper movement in a fun and safe environment.This fundamental program will provide these youngsters with a foundation of movement skills necessary for successful and healthy athletic careers.
