Andrew was born and raised in Ireland. While pursuing his degree in engineering, Andrew became so enamored with the world of cocktails that for his final project, he created an automatic cocktail machine. Andrew has taken his passion for cocktails all around the world with layovers in Australia and China before settling down in New York City. At The Independent, Andrew crafts delicious cocktails and lots of craic!
