Current Manhattan supply is: 7313, up by 14.1% from this time last year Market pulse (pending to active) ratio: 0.44, also up from last year by 15.8% What does all of this mean? So far in 2021 contract activity is solid and we anticipate more properties (and buyers) coming to market in the next few weeks as the early spring market gets underway.
