Your legal tip for the week: having obnoxious commercials and a jingle does not = being a good lawyer. When choosing an attorney for a personal injury or litigation matter, look to someone who actually knows what a courtroom looks like and doesn't treat you like a faceless number. Huge decision today by the Court of Appeals that many have been waiting for: they voted 5-2 in a decision which allows towns to ban hydrofracking via their municipal zoning laws. This strikes a tremendous blow to that industry.
