Beginning today all Yoga With Heart classes will be at The Missing Peace in Medina. Please bring a mask, a mat, and any props you may need such as blocks and/or... a strap. The schedule is as follows: Tuesday and Thursday- 6-7 pm, slow flow yoga; Thursday- 8-9 am and 9:45-10:45 am, gentle yoga. Please feel free to message me with any questions. Hi Everyone, It’s been so much fun having yoga classes outside! With the shorter days and cooler weather coming, we will be returning to The Missing Peace for c...lasses. As you all are aware, there are a few changes in place to follow the safety requirements of returning to indoor classes. There are no props anymore- blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters, etc. If you need any of these please feel free to bring your own including a mask. Sanitation practices will be in place before and after classes to ensure that everyone feels comfortable. There is also a schedule change which is the Wednesday 9 am gentle yoga class has been changed to 9:45 am on Thursdays. The full schedule is as follows- Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-7 pm- slow flow yoga Thursday mornings 8-9 am and 9:45-10:45 am- gentle yoga For now, we will continue our outdoor classes as long as the weather permits.
