Ground Breaking Book at Depuy Canal House, High Falls, NY Chef John Novi is premiering the first formal gallery space in his landmarked destination restaurant t...he Depuy Canal House with an exhibition of photographs from Francesco Mastalia’s Organic: Farmers and Chefs of the Hudson Valley. The exhibit will open with a book signing by the author and photographer. He will be joined by Ulster County farmers included in the book. Organic features inspiring commentary and penetrating portraits of some of the many people who are part of the Hudson Valley local and sustainable food movement. The Depuy Canal House has a long time commitment to sourcing local ingredients. To illustrate the insights into sustainability in Organic, Chef Novi will be offering a prix fixe Farm to Fork Dinner.
