Join me (Beth) on New Year’s Eve for a fun Mat class to benefit the Buffalo Community Fridge. Class is open to all levels. I will incorporate much of Eve Gentry’s fundamentals into class ya know, ‘cause it’s an Eve thing; get it? it will be reflective and restorative with lots of breathing and opportunities for modifications. After class we will drink tea (or whatever..!) and have a chance to chat with your Pilates family. ... I’m asking that you pay for this class separately (not with your already-purchased credits) and sign-up on-line. All proceeds go to the @buffalocommunityfridge

Here’s something new: a Monday morning post about wine! If you drink alcohol, this is a shop for you to check out this holiday season PARADISE WINE opened in 2015 at 435 Rhode Island in the Little Five Points neighborhood. Owned by friends Paula Paradise and Lauren Kostek, this gorgeous store features numerous organic and biodynamic wines and spirits. They support many small family- and women-owned wineries and distilleries and they manage to offer these sustainable and de...licious products at very reasonable prices. When it’s not a pandemic, they host regular tastings, classes, and art openings. These days, follow them on IG to see educational Live Videos. They are open 12/21-12/24 this week & again on Saturday and Sunday.
